Blog topic for this week: Ghosts

This is the ghost who lives in my house.

No, just kidding. It was a great effect with the camera, however. My take on this topic is definitely not on the supernatural. You see, though the above picture was actually what the photographer wanted...what we usually get with our camera looks something like this:

I realize that I just need a faster shutter speed, maybe a simple adjustment to the equipment I'm already using, but maybe I really need a new (real) camera. As that's probably not going to happen any time soon, I'll have to settle for the un-natural looking flash bulb shot like this:
